Old School vs. High Tech - 2009 schedule

Lots of interest in our ccompetition cooking classes for this year already. I thought surely the calls and e-mails would start next week, giving me a little more time to procrastinate. Not so! The following is a list of confirmed classes for 2009. The applications are not yet availabe for the last two, but should be by the end of the week.

Great Bend, Kansas - February 6 & 7

Austin, Texas - February 21

Shannon, Illinois - April 3 & 4

Danville, Virginia - May 1 & 2

For more information or to enroll, please visit the "Classes" page on the Pellet Envy webite. The Austin class is in conjunction with the National Barbecue Association's annual convention. It is the exact same cirriculum as all of our classes, but taught in one long day. It will start at 7:00 am and end at approximately 7:00 pm. To enroll in that event, please visit http://www.nbbqa.org/ and utilize their online conference enrollment application. You do not need to be a member of the organization to participate and the cost is the same as our other events.

If you have questions, please contact me at rod@pelletenvy.com. Also, Johnny Trigg and I are considering one or two more dates in 2009, but nothing is finalized. Send me an e-mail or check back for information on future classes.

Is the Feb Austin class on Tuesday 2/24 (per your blog) or Saturday 2/21 (per KCBS class schedule)?

Thank you for catching my typo. The Austin class is Saturday, February 21st from 7:00 am to 7:00pm. Exact same content as all of our other classes, but in one day.
