This is going to be short. This blog is set-up to be part of a website for Pellet Envy, a competition barbeque team from Kansas City, USA and was inspired by my friend Rob from Ulika BBQ. I've been reading his new bbq blog with intrigue. We travel the country competing in Kansas City Barbeque Society sanctioned events from March through November each year. We've been lucky enough to have a little success along the way and want to share our experiences. Check back for news about the team and stories of interest about all things barbeque!
