This past weekend in Dickinson, North Dakota, the judges were obviously pleased with the brisket entry submitted by Pellet Envy, awarding us the highest score possible, a perfect score of 180. This is the third perfect score awarded to Pellet Envy since the scoring system changes implemented in 2004 and only the third 180 awarded in the four main categories in 2008. We are very honored to receive this award and thank the judges of the BBQ from the Heart event. The perfect score culminates three straight brisket category wins for us, making it our best category thus far in the 2008 season.
